After 39 wonderful years of serving the Rochester, NY community, we are writing to let you know that we have our doors permanently.

This was not an easy decision, and it came with a mix of emotions.  For nearly four decades, it has been our immense privilege to provide for your heating, ventilation, and air conditioning needs.  We are incredibly proud of the relationships we’ve built and the trust you’ve placed in us over the years.  Our success has always been a direct result of your loyalty and support, and for that, we are profoundly grateful.

We understand this news may come as a surprise, and we want to assure you that we are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible for all our valued customers.

What this means for you:

• Warranties: If you have an active warranty with us, please contact the manufacturer of your equipment for a reputable local contact warranty company.

• Future HVAC Needs: While we won’t be able to serve you directly, we personally recommend doing what you did to obtain our services.  Rely on positive Google Reviews and other customer/friend recommendations.  Word of mouth is the best medium of all.  Remember, without integrity, no company can have positive word of mouth.

We want to extend our sincerest thanks for being such an integral part of our family.  It has been an honor to serve you, and we will cherish the memories and relationships forged over these past 39 years.
